More About The Course
This executive briefing introduces the Tevoro methodology and shows how it might be applied to the issuance of a new investment vehicle.
After watching this briefing, the viewer should be able to sketch a combinatorial pattern on a piece of paper and identify where vulnerabilities may exist in a new issuance process.
The briefing is presented in the form of a case study which is divided into five sections:
1. The challenge: How to add "institutional quality" to de-fi products?
2. The approach: Industry analysis and corporate review, representative questions
3. The findings: Solutions may have been based upon flawed understanding of historical system
4. The analysis: Economic Architecture, combinatorial optimization resulting in a Governance Block
5. The recommendations: The addition of missing components in the Governance Block
